TI was created to provide support in product selection, installation, setup, interconnection, use, and most commonly troubleshooting of the technology products that impact your life. TI is a community resource, dedicated solely to the North Lake Tahoe area. We provide high quality support in most all areas of home, business and personal technology (see Services) at very reasonable prices.
Our Process
Every service call starts with a phone conversation to understand your problems and/or question(s). We’ll listen carefully and ask some follow up questions to determine if we can help. Assuming we can help, we’ll work with you to schedule an onsite visit that fits your schedule. We’ll be on time, every time, and provide whatever help we can in a timely and efficient manner. Most assistance is rendered and completed onsite, in one visit. Some more extensive work may require offsite work, investigation, or a follow-up visit to complete the work. All such work will be quoted a price and schedule and is guaranteed to be completed on-time and within the quoted price.
Our Prices
All services are provided on a time and materials basis at the rate of $75.00* per hour or portion thereof. We don’t sell any products, so our only interest is in solving your problem and/or answering your questions in a timely and professional manner.
